Service Terms of Agreement

The Immigration Zone LLC is a non-attorney immigration services provider specializing in:

• Family-based immigration application assistance
• Immigration form preparation support
• Document organization and filing guidance
• Immigration-related tax filing support

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We do not appear in court or represent clients before USCIS, immigration judges, or other government agencies. If you need legal advice, you must consult a licensed immigration attorney.

Appointment-Based Services

• All services are provided by appointment only
• Clients must arrive on time and bring all required documents
• Late arrivals, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in rescheduling fees or forfeited deposits

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
• Review all prepared forms and documents before signing or submitting
• Understand that processing times and outcomes are controlled by government agencies

The Immigration Zone LLC is not responsible for delays, requests for evidence, denials, or decisions made by USCIS, IRS, or any government authority.

Fees & Payments

• Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before work begins
• Payment is required in advance, unless stated otherwise in writing
• Government filing fees are separate and paid directly by the client

Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, preparation, and administrative work, the following refund policy applies:

Refunds May Be Considered If:

• Services have not yet started, minus any consultation or administrative fees

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

• Work on the case has already begun
• Forms or documents have been prepared or reviewed
• An application is denied or delayed by a government agency
• Delays or issues result from missing, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by the client

All fees for completed or in-progress services are non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Results

The Immigration Zone LLC does not guarantee approval, processing times, or outcomes of any immigration or tax application. Final decisions are made solely by government agencies.

Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Information is used only for service-related purposes and is not shared without consent unless required by law.

Right to Refuse Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• A client behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner
• A request falls outside the scope of our non-legal services

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or receiving services from The Immigration Zone LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Agreement and Refund Policy
